The poll results are in — and it was unanimous. 76% voted to keep pricing consistent and only adjust if a batch falls below the 10% GMP standard. We wish everyone could get the outcome they wanted, and it sucks for us too when 24% don’t — but this was the clearest direction moving forward. This is a natural plant material, and it isn’t always cookie cutter. During pressing, some milligrams are naturally lost — which is why we usually formulate batches over to account for that. Most of the time it balances out, and more often than not it works in your favor, but occasionally things shift despite us following the same formula. It’s just the reality of working with a natural plant.

As many of you know, our old processor made us pull all of our 7-OH after their acquiring bank, NABCO, audited us specifically. They gave us zero choice and only 72 hours to remove every product containing 7-OH, which is why it all happened so suddenly. Luckily, we’re now partnered with the only bank currently supporting 7-OH, and they’re in it for the long haul.

Some speculated that we didn’t have high-risk credit card processing to begin with — but little do they know, you can’t be in this industry without it.

POTENCY & BATCH PRICING POLL 📊

We want to be clear about how we handle batches:

• We don’t release a new batch until the old one is fully sold out of all counts.

• Every fresh batch = a new Certificate of Analysis (COA) posted.

• The majority of the time since inception we come in above the labeled milligrams, but sometimes a SKU has landed just shy (still within GMP standards, ±10%).

• One exception: Cinnamon Toast Crunch tested 3.8mg underthe labeled amount, which fell just outside GMP standards (±3mg), so we dropped the price accordingly.

I’m on rawalx.com… now how do I pay?

First off, thank you for sticking with us—even if crypto isn’t your thing yet. We wouldn’t be doing this if we weren’t forced to remove our 7-OH products from our main site with credit card processing.

We know other vendors are still running with credit cards, but unfortunately, we were audited after the whole RFK Jr. situation and given 72 hours to remove anything and everything related to 7-OH from our site. We’re actively working on securing new high-risk credit card processing, but for now, most banks are taking the same stance. This is our temporary workaround until they ease up or we lock in an alternative.

If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you don’t currently have crypto and aren’t familiar with paying with it—this guide is for you. If you already have crypto, you’re most likely familiar with the process.

We use Coinbase Commerce for checkout. The easiest way to pay is by creating a Coinbase account and using USDC.

STEP 1 — Create a Coinbase Account

When setting up your account, make sure to link your bank account or debit card so you can purchase crypto.

STEP 2 — Buy USDC

In your Coinbase app, type USDC in the search bar.
Enter the amount you want to purchase (in USD).

Once done, your USDC will appear instantly in your wallet.

STEP 3 — Checkout on rawalx.com

Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Select Pay Now and choose the Coinbase – Pay with your Coinbase account option.
You’ll be sent a 6-digit code by text to confirm your identity.
Once confirmed, your payment will be completed automatically—no need to manually send, withdraw, or paste a wallet address when paying this way.

During this period, your balance will still show the funds in your account, but when you try to make a payment, Coinbase may display an error such as “Not enough funds.”

If You’re Using Another Wallet

If you want to pay from a different wallet (not Coinbase):

At checkout, select the option to pay with your wallet.
A wallet address will be provided.
In your wallet, choose Send → External Wallet and paste the address. Depending on your wallet this might vary slightly and be something more like Transfer, Withdraw, External Wallet and then paste provided address from checkout.
Double and triple-check the address before confirming.

Can I use BTC from my Cash App to pay at checkout?
Yes! You can send Bitcoin (BTC) directly from Cash App to the BTC wallet address provided by Coinbase Commerce at checkout.

Here’s how:

At checkout, choose Bitcoin (BTC) as your payment option.
Coinbase Commerce will display a unique BTC wallet address.
Open Cash App → select Bitcoin → tap Send.
Paste in the BTC address from checkout, confirm the amount, and send.

Once the transaction confirms on the blockchain, your order will be marked as paid.

Tip: BTC network fees can be higher, so for the lowest fees and fastest confirmation, we recommend paying in USDC via a Coinbase account.

Our crypto payment system is now fully set up. We’re hoping that by early tomorrow, our co-packers will be able to carry everything over and flip the switch on our inventory so products become available to purchase. Why RAW ALX? What happened to 7hydroxyRAW?

On Tuesday, July 29, our community was hit hard by an emergency press conference discussing the potential scheduling of 7-OH as a Schedule I drug. We were confident we’d have months before any real impact — but less than 24 hours later, our credit card processor notified us that we had just three business days to remove all mentions of 7-OH from our site to stay in good standing.

We work with one of the two largest high-risk banks, which made this even more shocking — especially since other vendors they service were given much longer notice. We suspect having “7Hydroxy” in our domain name made us a clear and early target, triggering an audit.

To protect our ability to process credit cards for our remaining SKUs, we scrubbed 7HydroxyRaw.com, keeping only MITraMAX, Island Legs, and Cinnabun Boosters, and launched RAW ALX as a new home for our full line — including 7-OH products.

Because of the current regulatory landscape, our payment options are limited. We’ve already integrated Solana Pay and are working quickly to support more major coins, as well as ACH (e-check) options.

We’ve hinted that a small number of customers may be extended alternative payment options, but to be considered you must have a strong order history — at least 60 days as a customer and 15+ orders placed. Some exceptions will be made, but please understand that we need to be extremely cautious. In the early RAW days, we accepted PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo, but all of those accounts were permanently terminated for violating platform terms. It only takes one bad actor to ruin it for everyone.

We never want to discriminate or gatekeep — and we value every single one of you. And if you're new here, please don't be discouraged. Crypto is not as intimidating as it sounds — once you go through the process once or twice, you'll be a pro. We’ll be providing clear, step-by-step instructions to make it easy, and we recommend starting with Coinbase or Crypto.com.

Hey RAW Fam,

Just a quick update — as of 11:55 PM PDT tonight, everything you see on the site is available and can still be processed via credit card.

Important: Anything processed today will ship out tomorrow without fail, even if your tracking says otherwise (USPS — wink, wink).

After that cutoff time, all 7-OH products will be pulled from the current store, and we’ll be switching domains to rawmit.com. That’ll be the new home for our MIT and Pseudo SKUs. For a short time, 7hydroxyraw.com will redirect there so you can still find what you need.

We’re also adding more MIT SKUs and continuing to work on some other alkaloids behind the scenes.

As for 7-OH — we’ve cloned the store and it’ll live at rawalx.com. That site isn’t live yet — our crypto gateway is still being set up, and our co-packers are syncing their shipping platforms and inventory systems. We’re expecting all of that to be done by Wednesday or Thursday.

Once live, rawalx.com will be CRYPTO ONLY, with alternative payment options available to a very limited group of trusted customers with a strong order history.

Side note: We’ve heard some are "appalled" by our Wall of Shame — but if you saw what we deal with, guaranteed you'd be appalled right back. One customer had 18 legit, delivered orders and disputed all of them. Another had 12. It’s criminal. We fight and win the disputes, but it’s a full-time job. So yes — the Wall of Shame stays. On both sites. And thankfully, rawalx.com won’t have to deal with chargebacks at all.

Thanks for sticking with us. As soon as rawalx.com is live, we’ll send another blast. Inventory will be fully updated with everything that’s been kitted, and we’re still holding onto hope that 7-OH will return to credit card processing once the banks chill out.

Quick update on our Cinnamon Toast Crunch: This newest batch tested at 26.74mg total alks (26.19mg active), which technically falls just short of GMP standards.

Our tablets were formulated the exact same way as always—however, it appears that additional degradation may have occurred during the pressing process, likely causing some of the 7-OH to burn off.

We usually test above our labeled MG—and we’ve never received complaints about that, nor do we raise prices when we do. But in the rare case that we fall below the GMP benchmark, we want to be fully transparent and adjust pricing to reflect it. It’s important to us that everyone gets exactly what they’re paying for—which is why you’ll see this reflected in the pricing of our latest CTC batch.

🧨 First up — TINY TARTS ARE BACK!
If you’ve been waiting, now’s your moment — but please note: they’re testing at 23.74MG, way higher than the labeled 15MG. We’ll always test slightly over, but this batch in particular is no joke. Don’t expect every batch to test this high 😉.

🔥 Golden Dose 11.0 drops tomorrow in both single and five grams — and it is POTENT.

This isn’t like past versions. It's not crystalline — it's powdery, dense, and insanely potent. This is thanks to our new homogenizing process. Even if you're used to eyeballing your dose… don’t.

You will need a scale (to the milligram) — the amount you'll be taking is much smaller than what you're used to. It’ll look like nothing, but it packs a serious punch.

Because of how dense it is, your vials will look underfilled — singles are about ¼ full and 5G jars around ¾ full. This is expected and triple-verified for accuracy.

🛑 IMPORTANT: New Missing Product Policy – Unboxing Video Now Required

This is not a step we take lightly—we know how frustrating it is to receive an incomplete order, and we’ve always done our best to make things right. However, due to an increase in claims (some valid, others not), we need to implement more structured verification.

Effective immediately, all missing product claims must include an unedited unboxing video.

Our tabs are formulated for consistency and strength—not brittleness—but due to their fragile nature, occasional breakage can happen in transit. Just like chips or cookies, minor breakage doesn’t affect potency. If anything is actually missing, we’ll absolutely make it right—just follow the video policy above.

Help Us Decide! Vote on New MIT Tabs + Flavors ✨

A lot of you have been asking for 20MG options, and we’re here for it. But we’re even more excited about the MIT tab poll — because it’s going to help everyone dial in the experience even more.

🌪️ MIT Strength Poll — Closes Wednesday @ Midnight! We’re launching a new MIT tab to conveniently stack with your regular dose. No scoops, no mess—just clean, consistent support.

We’re creating a more convenient way to give your tab or powder some “legs”—without altering the integrity of our 7-OH tabs. Instead of blending MIT directly into our tabs and raising prices, we’re keeping them pure and offering MIT support tabs separately so you can stack as needed.

Here’s why:
We use input material that’s testing significantly higher in 7-OH than what’s standard, and if you look at our lab reports, you’ll notice our tabs contain virtually no other alkaloids. That alone can shift the experience. Products from other vendors—may include a broader alkaloid spectrum, which hits different receptors and produces a different effect.

When we dropped a few batches that naturally tested higher in MIT a little while back, we heard from several supporters who said they couldn’t purchase those batches—because higher concentrations of MIT just didn’t gel with their personal chemistry. So to accommodate as many people as possible, we’re offering MIT in a separate tab. That way, you can build your own stack as needed and still enjoy the full benefits of our ultra-potent 7-OH tabs and powders.

New Batch Protocol ✨ To keep it simple, we’re now only restocking new batches once current ones are sold out. That way there’s no confusion, no color-coded stickers needed — just clear, posted release dates alongside the labs. As long as you’re verifying the labs before purchasing, you’ll always know exactly what you’re receiving.

Lil’ Nans will be restocked next week, and Tiny Tarts are making a comeback! These are the OG version — not the ones we experimented with by adding cream (we heard you loud and clear on that one).

Golden Dose Update: Only a few 5g jars of 9.0 remain. 10.0 will be released later this week and we may release singles before the 5g of 9.0 sell out. It’s testing similar and looks just as gorgeous. We're hoping to have single grams kitted and released by Thursday — keyword: hoping.

SHIPPING REMINDER:
We’ve come a long way from mylar bags and mailers — everything now ships in tubes, boxes, and soon even custom RAW boxes designed to hold tubes in place and minimize transit breakage. We’re also working with our copackers to add cotton to our tubes for added protection.

But please remember, when purchasing, you assume the risk during transit.

Also, USPS continues to be unreliable — especially the American Fork location, which is severely understaffed. They frequently miss scans, and orders often go from “pre-shipment” straight to “out for delivery” at the final destination — or randomly update as “received” 1–2 days later.

Once a label is created, a packing slip is printed. Pickers then scan each product and its SKU before boxing. Completed orders are placed directly into large shipping bins, which are picked up at scheduled times. There’s no chance of your order sitting around or missing pickup. If tracking visibility matters to you — we strongly suggest choosing UPS. You won’t experience these scan errors with them.

Also — our copackers have implemented new software that captures a photo of every order before taping it up. This has already led to some pretty bold attempts that’ll soon be featured on our Wall of Shame 😅 (smile, your order is on camera). We also keep a full log of which picker packed and scanned each item, safeguards are in place.
