SHIPPING POLICY
At RAW MARKETING, LLC DBA RAW, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable fulfillment and transparent expectations. Please read carefully before placing your order.
SAME-DAY SHIPPING PROMISE
• Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12 PM PST (1 PM MST) ship the same day.
• Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
• If you received tracking, your order has shipped — all labeled orders are picked, packed, and handed to USPS or UPS the same day.
TRACKING & CARRIER SCANS
• UPS: Recommended for consistent tracking — all packages scan the same day.
• USPS: Often misses the initial scan. Tracking may not update until your package is out for delivery. This is normal and does not mean your order hasn’t shipped.
• Once an order leaves our hands, carrier delays are beyond our control. Shipping times are estimates only (except UPS Next Day Air).
SHIPPING OPTIONS (Delivery times are estimates — only Next Day Air is UPS-backed)
• USPS Ground Advantage – 3–5+++ business days (estimate)
• USPS Priority Mail – 2–5+ business days (estimate; often 4+ days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express – 1–3 days, guaranteed unless weather/force majeure exceptions apply
• UPS Ground – 3–5 business days, no PO Boxes (estimate)
• UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 business days, no PO Boxes, weekends excluded (estimate)
• UPS Next Day Air – Only option with UPS-backed delivery guarantee (see below)
• UPS Next Day Air Saturday – Saturday delivery where eligible; rural/remote areas may default to Monday delivery with cost difference refunded
UPS NEXT DAY AIR GUARANTEE
Please read before selecting this option.
1. How it works:
• Shipments go out under our co-packer’s UPS account.
• We cannot contact UPS directly or file claims ourselves — all refund requests must go through our co-packers.
• Our co-packers have a dedicated staff member who handles these claims with UPS.
2. Weather delays:
• UPS may list “weather delay” even if conditions are clear.
• Weather delays are ineligible for refunds — this is UPS policy, and we cannot override it.
3. Refund eligibility:
• Only non-weather-related delays caused solely by UPS (missed scan, operational issue) are eligible.
• Claims may take up to 30 days for UPS to approve or deny.
• If approved, your shipping cost will be credited to you.
4. Important notes:
• You do not need to follow up during the review — if we get an update, you will be the first to know.
• We cannot expedite UPS’s review timeline.
DELIVERED STATUS & LOST PACKAGES
• If tracking shows “Delivered,” that is proof of delivery. Any issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
• No refunds or reships without a carrier claim.
• If a replacement is sent and the original arrives, it must be returned unopened or you will be invoiced and unable to place future orders until resolved.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• Double-check your shipping address and chosen method before checkout — changes cannot be made after the order is placed.
• Do not choose UPS for PO Boxes — UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
• If your package appears lost, file a claim with the carrier before contacting us.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:
• States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
• Cities/Counties: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; Jerseyville, IL; Union County, MS; Franklin, NH
Orders from restricted areas will be canceled.
IN SUMMARY
• All orders placed before 12 PM PST ship same day (Mon–Fri).
• If you received tracking, your order has shipped. USPS may not scan until delivery.
• All delivery times except UPS Next Day Air are estimates only.
• Once your package leaves our hands, delays are outside our control.
• Choose UPS if you need consistent tracking.
